How a Chennai studio became a name.
Crizaze was founded in 2010 by Vimal Hari — an engineer with no intention of becoming a talent manager, but a deep conviction that the work could be done better. The agency began in a small office in Chennai with one principle: every signing should be a conversation, not a contract trap.
Sixteen years later, that principle hasn't changed. What's changed is the scale of the work, the number of talents on the roster, and the rooms our models walk into. The studio has been recognised by the Guinness World Records, has built nine hundred careers, and continues to operate from where it started — a single room, a single team, in Chennai.

The agency now represents talent across editorial, fashion, commercial and digital — with bookings spanning brands and publications across India and beyond. Every casting still passes through one team, in one room, with the same conviction it started with.

Operations Director

Kavita Parwani
An M.Sc Chemistry graduate from a business family who built a marketing career at Tupperware and Oriflame, repeatedly recognised for exceeding targets. Kavita co-founded Crizaze in Chennai and runs its day-to-day operations; she also leads Aelanz in Delhi — the studio's sister media and event-management practice.
