Who we are

"Crizaze Models" (referred to here as "we", "us", or "the Studio") is a modelling and influencer management agency operating from Chennai, India. This policy explains what data we collect when you visit crizazemodels.com or submit a form on it, how we use that data, and the choices you have. It applies only to this website — not to any third-party site we link to.

What we collect

Information you submit directly

The forms on this site collect different things:

• Contact form (/contact) — your name, email, phone, optional company, and message.
• Be a Model application (/be-a-model/apply) — personal details, address, physical measurements, social-media handles, modelling experience, work preferences, the photos you upload, parent/guardian details if you are under 18, and the consents you tick.
• Portfolio Review (/portfolio-review) — name, contact details, age, height, gender, city, languages, prior experience, optional Instagram, and the 3–5 photos you upload. Payment details (card / UPI) are handled by Razorpay; we never see or store your full payment instrument.
• Casting Shortlist — the models you tag while browsing the roster, plus your name, email, phone, optional company and project description when you send the shortlist to us.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, logs basic technical information about every request: your IP address (truncated), browser user-agent, page requested, referrer, and timestamp. This is standard request logging used for security, abuse prevention and performance — we don't link it to identifiable form submissions.

The site uses localStorage in your browser to remember two things between visits: your light/dark theme preference, and the models you have added to your casting shortlist. Both are stored only on your device and never sent to us until you submit the shortlist form.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry or process your application.
• To send you a curated shortlist of models when you request one.
• For Portfolio Review submissions only: to review your photos using AI-assisted analysis (Anthropic Claude) and generate the personalised written feedback we send by email. Your photos are never published on the public /models page.
• To keep records of consents you've given (model applications).
• To detect, prevent and respond to abuse, fraud or technical issues.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising profiling, or share it with marketers.

Third parties we use

We use a small set of trusted services to run this site. Each handles a specific part of the pipeline:

• Cloudflare — hosts the website (Workers), stores model and submission images (R2), and protects against attacks. Cloudflare's privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
• Razorpay — processes payments for the Portfolio Review. We share your name, email, phone and the order amount with Razorpay. We never see your full card or UPI details. Their privacy policy: razorpay.com/privacy.
• Anthropic — provides the AI model (Claude) that assists with reviewing photos submitted to Portfolio Review. Photos are sent to Anthropic only at the moment of review and are not used by Anthropic to train their models. Their privacy policy: anthropic.com/legal/privacy.
• Resend — delivers transactional email from info@crizazemodels.com: contact, application, shortlist and Portfolio Review confirmations and notifications. Their privacy policy: resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
• Microsoft 365 — our email service for info@crizazemodels.com. Their privacy policy: privacy.microsoft.com.
• Google Fonts — serves the typefaces (Fraunces, Inter Tight) used on this site. Their policy: developers.google.com/fonts/faq/privacy.

How long we keep your data

Casting and contact enquiries are retained in our inbox while we actively reply, and archived for up to 3 years for record-keeping and disputes. Model applications that result in signing are kept for the duration of representation plus 7 years; applications that don't proceed are deleted within 12 months.

Portfolio Review submissions: review records and feedback emails are kept for 2 years (so we can reference them if you resubmit). Photos are deleted within 30 days of your review. Payment metadata (Razorpay order and payment ids — no card details) is kept for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes under Indian law.

Cookies

This site uses localStorage, not third-party tracking cookies. We don't run analytics, advertising trackers, or social-media pixels.

The two items we store locally are:

• theme — your light/dark preference (a single string value).
• crizaze:shortlist — the list of models you've shortlisted (slug, name, location, image path).

You can clear both at any time through your browser's site-data settings.

Your rights

Under Indian law and the laws of most jurisdictions, you have the right to:

• Ask what data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct it if it's wrong.
• Ask us to delete it.
• Object to its processing for any reason.
• Withdraw a consent you previously gave us.

To exercise any of these, write to info@crizazemodels.com. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Security

We use HTTPS site-wide, store data only with reputable providers, and keep access to our inboxes restricted to authorised team members. We do not store credit card or payment details on this site.

Children

If you are under 18 and applying to model, the Be a Model form requires consent from a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

When we update this policy, we change the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected in our next reply to any active casting or application thread.
