By accessing crizazemodels.com (the "site") or submitting any form on it, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please stop using the site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the updated version.

About Crizaze Models

Crizaze Models is a modelling and influencer management agency operating from Chennai, India. We represent talent for editorial, fashion, commercial and digital assignments. This site is the official front door to our roster and services.

What you can do on this site

You may, free of charge:

• Browse the roster and view individual model profiles.
• Download a model's PDF profile for casting consideration within your organisation.
• Build a shortlist of models and submit it to us as a casting enquiry.
• Submit a model application via /be-a-model/apply.
• Contact us via /contact with questions, brand enquiries or partnership ideas.

You may also, for a fee:

• Request a portfolio review via /portfolio-review. The current fee is ₹299. The fee covers the review work itself — a written assessment of your portfolio, your suggested market lane, and your next career steps. It does not guarantee any specific outcome, including representation or bookings.

What you must not do

You must not:

• Copy, redistribute, republish or modify any photographs, model profiles or other content on this site for commercial purposes without our written permission.
• Use any model's name, image or likeness for advertising, promotional, editorial or commercial purposes without a signed booking agreement through us.
• Scrape, crawl, mirror or otherwise harvest the site, or attempt to extract our model database through automated means.
• Submit false information through any form, impersonate another person, or apply on behalf of someone without their consent.
• Attempt to bypass security, gain unauthorised access, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with the service.

Booking and casting enquiries

A shortlist submission or contact form is an expression of interest. It is not a confirmed booking and does not create an obligation on either side. A booking only exists once we have agreed terms with you in writing — typically a booking confirmation email with dates, rates, usage, and credits.

All bookings are subject to model availability and our standard agency terms, which we'll send you on request and which override anything inconsistent in this document.

Model applications

Submitting an application through /be-a-model/apply does not create a representation contract. We review every application personally and respond within fourteen working days if your profile fits the roster at that time. We are not obliged to provide reasons if an application is declined.

By submitting an application you confirm that the information and photographs you've shared are accurate, that the photographs are yours to share, and that you have the right (and parental/guardian consent if you are under 18) to apply.

Portfolio Review service

The /portfolio-review service is a paid portfolio review with AI-assisted analysis and a written report delivered by email. By paying the review fee you agree that:

• You are the person in the photos, you are 18 or older, and you have the right to share the photos with us.
• The fee covers the review work itself — a written assessment of your portfolio (strengths, growth areas), your suggested market lane in the Indian industry, and three concrete next career steps. It does not guarantee representation or bookings.
• The fee is non-refundable once a review has begun. See our refund policy for the specific circumstances in which a refund may be issued.
• Reviews use AI-assisted analysis (Anthropic Claude) following a rubric the scouting team has authored. The output is a service provided by Crizaze Models — it is informational guidance, not a regulated decision about you as an individual.
• Your photos are seen only by the scouting team and the review system. They are never published on the public roster and are deleted within 30 days of your review.

PDF profiles

The "Download Profile" feature generates a PDF for each model with the agency contact details. These PDFs are made available for casting use only — for example, to share a model's profile with your internal team or creative director while preparing a brief. They may not be reproduced publicly, edited, used as promotional collateral, or distributed externally without our written permission.

Intellectual property

All photographs, written content, the site's design and the "Crizaze" name and marks are owned by Crizaze Models or licensed to us. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use any of this material outside the limited purposes described above.

Third-party links

Where we link to external sites — social media, partner agencies, publications — we have no control over those sites' content, availability or privacy practices, and we accept no responsibility for them.

Availability and accuracy

We try to keep the site online and the information on it accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every detail is current. Model rosters, availability and stats change frequently — if a detail is important to a booking decision, confirm it with us in writing first.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Our total liability in connection with this site, in any twelve-month period, will not exceed the fees you have actually paid us during that period (or, if you have paid no fees, the equivalent of fifty US dollars).

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law — for instance, for fraud, gross negligence, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to this site or its use will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
