What this covers

This policy applies to any paid service on crizazemodels.com. At present the only paid service is the Portfolio Review (₹299), accessible at /portfolio-review.

Free services — the standard /be-a-model/apply application, casting shortlists, and the contact form — are not affected by this policy.

Portfolio Review (₹299)

Non-refundable once review has started

Reviews begin within minutes of payment confirmation. Because the work is performed immediately, the fee is non-refundable once a review has begun, regardless of the outcome (pass, fail, or invalid submission).

This applies to every outcome — including ones you may be unhappy with. The fee covers the review and the personalised feedback email; both are delivered whether the assessment is positive or critical.

When you can request a refund

We will refund the full ₹299, on request, in the following situations:

• Technical failure on our side — payment succeeded but you never received a feedback email, and our records show no review was performed.
• Duplicate payment — you were charged more than once for the same submission due to a payment-gateway issue.
• Submission flagged as invalid before any review — where the system detected the submission was invalid (wrong format, fewer than 3 photos, etc.) and you choose a refund instead of resubmitting. We will offer you the choice.

How to request a refund

Write to info@crizazemodels.com with "Refund" in the subject line, the email address you used at checkout, the Razorpay payment id (visible on your payment confirmation), and a short description of what went wrong. We respond within 3 working days.

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method through Razorpay. The bank or card network may take a further 5–10 working days to credit your account.

Cancellations before payment

Until you complete the Razorpay payment step, no charge is made and no review is started. You can leave the page or close the payment modal at any time before that point with no obligation.

Booking fees and other commercial work

Crizaze Models also conducts commercial business with brands and production houses outside of this site (model bookings, campaign work, etc.). Those commercial arrangements are governed by separate written agreements and are not covered by this policy.
